Get an idea of what you want to learn
Review our course descriptions. If you want to customize the course content download the brochure(s) and make notes on the course outline(s) for desired changes. If it’s a maintenance course note specific equipment models that you want covered.
Figure out how many students will you have
Keep in mind that we will present courses to any quantity of students but there is a minimum cost to cover expenses. For small groups, our account executives will work with you to find out the most cost effective way to obtain your training. We have a maximum student to instructor ratio for different courses to ensure each student receives an effective learning experience. To avoid exceeding that ratio, we will schedule multiple presentations or multiple instructors.
What’s the target date range?
We want to get your instructor involved as soon as possible. We take a look at which instructors that specialize in your course areas are available for your target dates. Your account executive will arrange a conference call with your instructor to clarify learning objectives and logistics.
Request your onsite training proposal
Your account executive will be your one point of contact from beginning to end of the training. Prior to any agreement, your AE will write an all inclusive formal proposal, which includes all work and services with no hidden fees or charges. Courses are scheduled upon the receipt of the signed proposal.Learn more about onsite training or get a quote today
