Q: What happens after I purchase a course?
A: After you complete the purchase, you will receive an email from AVO Training containing your login link, user name and password. The course is hosted on our servers, and you do not have to download or install any files to access it.
Q: What if I am purchasing the course for someone else?
A: If you are paying for the course but someone else will be taking it, please enter the name and email address for the person who will be taking the course in the User Registration section when you purchase the course.
Q: Do you provide a certificate at the end?
A: Yes, after you successfully complete a course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion via email. This certificate can be printed or saved as needed.
Q: What if I need to reprint a certificate of completion?
A: To reprint a certificate of completion, log into the student dashboard. Click on “Transcript” on the menu on the left hand side. Click on view certificate on the far right column next to the course you want to print the certificate for. From there, you can view, save, or print the certificate.
Q: What happens if I fail the final exam?
A: If you do not pass the exam, the course status will change to “Failed”. You will have the opportunity to review the material through the rest of your license period, but will be unable to retake the exam until the course is purchased again.
Q: What if I am having technical difficulties?
A: If you are having trouble viewing the course, the first step is to check your browser settings. Popup blockers must be turned off to allow the courses to work properly.
