Course Registration Guidelines

HOW TO REGISTER

Enrollment is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1). Reserve a seat in a class either online or by calling 877-594-3156.

2). Once registered, an AVO Representative will contact you for payment.

3). Once payment is received your reservation is complete.

Note: Your class registration is not complete until payment is received.

BEFORE MAKING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Do not make travel arrangements before receiving your 

formal class confirmation.

You should receive your confirmation approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of class.

CANCELLATIONS

Course cancellations must be received in writing 3 weeks prior to the course start date or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

RESCHEDULING

Reschedule requests must be received in writing 3 weeks up until the day before course start date or a 25% reschedule fee will be charged.

Reschedule requests made on the course start date will be charged a 50% reschedule fee.

SUBSTITUTION

Substitution of personnel may be made at any time for the same course at no additional charge.

Substitute will be subject to stated cancellation and reschedule guidelines.

ONSITE CANCELLATIONS

If onsite training is cancelled or rescheduled within three weeks or less of the scheduled onsite training date, a 25% fee plus any incurred expenses will be charged.

CHANGES
We reserve the right to cancel any class or make other changes in course content, schedule, pricing or facilities. Every effort will be made to provide notification of any class cancellation and/or other changes at least 3 weeks before the course.

CERTIFICATES
Students are required to demonstrate tasks and receive an 80% or above on the final exam, in order to receive a certificate of completion. If a student fails to meet the passing requirements, a certificate of attendance will be issued. Absenteeism may be cause for a certificate not to be issued.
