COURSE OVERVIEW

PowerDB™ is an acceptance & maintenance test data management software system designed for electrical testers and contractors. It includes a full-featured integrated forms editor. This training course provides instruction to use PowerDB™ Acceptance and Maintenance Test Data Management Software. The hands-on training is provided to instruct new users on installing and licensing the software, setting up a working database, creating jobs, entering test data and reporting. The course also instructs users on the advanced features of PowerDB™ Software, working with multiple databases, synchronizing between databases, instrument control and data acquisition, and forms editing.

This course is eligible for 16 NETA Continuing Technical Development Credits (CTDs). NETA Certified Technicians (Level III and Level IV) are required to earn a minimum of 48 CTDs every three years to maintain their certification. Utility and industry technicians who have the responsibility for capturing and recording field test results as well as administrative staff who have responsibility for reporting acceptance and maintenance results.
